Saturday 20th September saw Home Park Lawn Tennis Club become Home Park Rounder’s Club as members of the club – new and old – took part in the club’s second ever rounder’s day.
After much fun, frantic running around, scoring rounder’s and lots of catching out, members enjoyed a well-earned sausage butty or two, followed by a second helping of rounder’s. The day ended with an afternoon of the ever increasingly popular tennis game, ‘Triples’, which involved even more frantic running around, but this time on more familiar territory!
